    Do you have a wireless connection with your laptop?
    If so - what do you recommend?

    So far from my own research it seems that NetGear - WG511T is very good. Any experience with it?

    No wireless?

    Are "you" leary of wireless?

    Have you looked on the web site of the maker of your lappy? Generally, if they like a brand well enough to install it in their machines......
