Messages being sent to 'Deleted Items' folder

I recently uninstalled 'iHateSpam' because I found that it slowed OE down. However, I still find that some of my messages are being treated as spam and being automatically sent to my 'Deleted Items' folder rather than my 'Inbox'.
How is this happening since I don't have 'iHateSpam' installed anymore? More to the point, how can I disable this unwanted feature so that ALL my emails are received in my 'Inbox'? Many thanks.

Yes, indeed. After four days trial I've not had any messages sent directly to my 'Deleted items' folder. I deleted any rules which were not made by myself, and now all is well. Many thanks, Steve!
