    Hi,

I am new here and I really need some help. I use Windows 98 for my transcription job and I need to know how to restore my settings to a previous date. I have done this before but I cannot remember how to do it. For example - Today is 07/21 and I would like to restore my computer to the settings I used on 07/19 - how do I do this?????

    Thank you so much,

    Christy

    Welcome to the board Christy!

Boot to a dos prompt and type scanreg /restore. Then choose the date you want from those available in the list.
