Default User profile changes

Hi, everyone.
I want all my users to work in the "Classic " deisgn, rather in the new XP look. The "Default User " profile starts with the XP look (Lunna), so every user that gets a new profile on the station, starts with it too. So I have to go and change the profile, with three dumb clicks, back to "Classic ".
Q: Is there any way I can change the "Default User " profile so it will get the settings I want? Like the "Classic ", the wallpaper, the screensaver...
