Hi. I had an invalid system disk but then I fixed it using the forum on invalid system disk. I booted up the computer using the Win98 Bootdisk that you said to download and use from BootDisk.com. But when I type in my authentication code it says that its not valid. But it is! Ive looked at it and typed it loads of times but it just doesnt work. Please Help Me!

Do this command at the prompt, using the 98 floppy to boot the computer
    scandisk /all /autofix /surface
Go eat dinner, as this may take awhile. I am only suggesting this as files are already extracted at this stage of the install process and may be corrupted by something on the disk, and 95's scandisk at the beginning of setup does not do a surface scan by default.
