Outlook Express not sending messages

    All of a sudden I'm having trouble sending messages. It moves the message into the Oubox and it just sits there. I get an error message telling me there are too many connections?? Error message: 0x800CCC60
    Help!

    Did you check your internet connection? Tell us what OS you are using, and how you connect (dsl, cable, dial up etc). Are you receiving messages okay?
