Hey there , Ive just reinstalled windows xp on my pc and everytime I play a game (il2 forgotten battles) half way through the game it just goes black and my pc resets and when it comes back on I have an error message saying serious system failure. Please help as I am pretty much clueless when it comes to these things and have no idea as to how I can fix it.

    Thanks in advance

Uninstall the game, reboot, reinstall the game. If that doesn't work, post back.

    Watch your CPU/GPU temps.
Sounds like either your CPU is overheating or the GPU.
Might want to check your video drivers. They might be too agressive for your GPU.

ssmith10pn Good idea! Wasn't thinking about temps. A good utility for monitoring tempuratures is MotherboardMonitor
