K9 and spyware blaster

    Our local sunday supplement PC section is touting K9 (spam eliminator) and Spyware Blaster, which I've heard of. I have McAfee,Ad Aware, Spy bot,Registry first aid,Zone Alarm, Cookie wall. Do I need anything else?
    W98.first edition.
