    Archiving emails

    Hi Ramona:

Now that I've copied and moved the emails from C to the E:Archive file I have deleted the emails that were on C by putting them in the trash. One set of old emails was from running NS4x and included lots of folders and sub folders. When I empty each folder to trash then empty the trash I still have the empty folders and they won't go away. How do I get rid of these extraneous folders?

    Regards,

    Graham

    Hi Graham,

Try compacting your folders, and if that doesn't work, then delete the files using Windows Explorer. Remember to close Netscape before doing any editing.

Sometimes simply closing and then retarting Netscape will do the job.
