Outlook Express ate my Yahoo mail!

Yesterday I set up OE to get all my Yahoo mail, as I had done long ago with Hotmail. It worked fine, without an error message, and all my Yahoo mail was pulled off the server. BUT when I went searching for the mail, it was nowhere to be found! And I couldn't even find a folder set aside for Yahoo mail, not sure if it should have done that at all anyway. I searched in OE and my computer, but all the mail vanished. Later, testing it, I sent e-mails to myself and had them pulled off with OE to see if I could find them, but no luck. Also, after I set the rule to leaving mail ON the server, it was still pulled off. Can anyone help? Are all of my almost 400 e-mails gone? Can I recover them somewhere on the server? I e-mailed Yahoo already, and I am still waiting to hear from them! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Do you subscribe to yahoo or are you using a 3rd party app to get your yahoo mail through Outlook Express?

 

Yes, I subscribe to Yahoo, and I still have not even heard from them, but at this point, I have just decided to let the incident go.. I am sure it is too late for them to do anything! Thanks..
