I just noticted a new file (ctfmon) in the task manager processes and is not part of the system. I tried to end task it but is still there. And when i tell it not to startup, it starts up. I even tried to delete it and this error comes up saying there is a key file missing and all that, i luckily backed it up and put it back. and it is not a virus either.

The file is located in the System32 folder.

i have ctfmon.exe on both pc, one with office, and one just with outlook, dont see outlook in add/remove, but just in win components, and i fear that removing outlook from there will only uninstall, not reset, as just happened with an outlook update...

any hint?, maybe will work from the CD of xp?
