MS Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

I have been encountering ongoing probs and am attempting to clean up my system (running SpySweeper and have McAfee); however, am now unable to access a program getting the title runtime error...this program was accessed successfully the night before, computer had not been on for about 10 hours since, and then got this msg while trying to open it. All other programs seem ok. I've tried system restore but am unsure of how far back to go...only went to 2 months ago and it still won't restore...states there have been no changes to the computer since then. Should I just uninstall and reinstall or try other methods instead? Thank you for any help (also, check my response to Mobo under IE; I'm having the same problem)

 

What is the program you are trying to run and what is the exact syntax of the Runtime error?
