I have this problem. Just recently I realized that I never use my Language Toolbar (found on the Taskbar). So I decided to remove it. I unchecked it in the Taskbar menu and it was gone. When I restarted my computer there it was. I unchecked it again and when I restarted my computer, once again it was still there. Does anyone happen to know why this is happening? Any help will be appreciated greatly. Thanks!

In Control Panel, open the Regional and Language Options icon.
Click on the Languages tab, Details… button, the Language Bar button.

Remove the checkmark from the “Show Language Bar…†option.
