Drive Image 7 questions?

When creating an image file using Powerquest's Drive Image 7, the image file is completly fragmented, according to Windows native defrag tool and also, Disk Keeper Lite. On a dedicated drive with only images, it is all red. I have restored drives using the fragmented files, it works. Question, better/faster with defragged image? Any DI7 users out there in cyber space??

If they are kept on a drive with other folders, you can't tell in either defrag program which are the fragmented image files and which are other fragmented files.

So, opinions, should the images be defragged?

Do Ghost image files show up fragmented? If so, Ghost users, do you defrag the images?

That's all. I really don't have a solid reason for it... just don't want anything touching my images.
