Hi Guys, I have just formatted and done a re install but since doing it when I run the video camera or the scanner instead of the image being in the box where it is supposed to be it is down the bottom of the screen just showing above the taskbar, I have reinstalled the display adapters but it has made no difference, any ideas? Thanks, John

Wow, aussiejohn, we really missed the bus with this post. Sorry about that.

Did you ever get it resolved?

No I did not, I still have the same problem when I use the scanner, when I scan a picture the image still appears at the bottom of the screen and not in the scan box where it is supposed to be!

What scanner and software are you using?

    *edit*
If I were in your position, I'd uninstall the whole scanner and software and re-install it.

Daizy, I am using a Cannon Scanner and I have already done the complete uninstall and clean install bit, with both the scanner software and the camera software and the display adapters, It made no difference

Have you tried using a graphics program such as PhotoShop or PhotoImpact or some such? If anything it may show whether the software is properly installed. If not, you may get a twain error when you try?

    Sorry aussiejohn
I'm fresh out of ideas now?
And you've been to the Canon Website and made sure your drivers were all up to date you say?
