I am using Nero Showtime and am trying to use the video capture feature. I think I read that , in order to use this feature, I must turn off my accelerator hardware. Any clue how to do this?

Found it! Now, in order to enable me to capture video using Nero's Showtime, can you tell me which setting I use and will this disrupt my other computer functions?

"in order to use this feature, I must turn off my accelerator hardware"

Moving the slider bar all the way to the left = off
Note that this setting will affect the all other programs as well. (need to turn it back on when done w/showtime)

    disabling accelerator hardware

Alright...l don't know what I did but fooling with the accelerator hardware, which did not enable the video capture feature so I still do not know how to use that, the sound is gone. So, when I try and use Nero Showtime I get a pic but no video. I've been checking settings and can't seem to find the problem. I even reloaded the software and did a system restore with my Windows xp. No sound. Can you suggest anything.
