Well, if it's really Outlook you're using, and not Outlook Express, beware that largest file size for a PST is 2GB. If you're an at-home user of Outlook, do a search on your hard drive for *.pst files. Make sure none of them are approaching 2GB, if they are, you might want to make a new PST file...

If it's Outlook 2000, have you tried running Detect and Repair from the Help menu?

I am using Outlook Express 6. Why was it moved, when we have a forum called, "Internet Explorer / Outlook Express" forum?

My Outlook Express 6 is opening really slow now. I am not sure why it is doing this, because it use to open really fast! It takes maybe five minutes for it to open and check for email. Can anyone help?

PS Glad to see you guys back up and I know how you guys feel about a site going down! I am part owner in BaylorFans.com. We have been down in the past! One time we were down three straight weeks!

    Hiya

If its Outlook Express, then you won't have pst files, but .dbx instead. Have a look by going to Find files and type in *.dbx. Look for any that are getting big. Do you use OE for newsgroups? Have you emptied your Deleted and sent lately?

    Regards

    eddie

Read your original post. It doesn't say anything about Outlook Express.

The reason why I put "Outlook" is because I posted it in the "Internet Explorer / Outlook Express Forum!" I figured that somebody would know what I was talking about?

Its not that big of a deal. I just wish somebody would answer my question;)
