zone alarm problem

when i stream video i occasionally get the blue death screen, press key to return to windows and find error message ...

i clicked on details, and then did a find file, and found this belongs to zone alarm, anybody know what it is and why it causes problems with my streaming video

That is Zone Alarms True Vector program. Sorry to say, but I can't tell you why your having problems with it. Have you tried ZA's web site for help?

 

Unrelated, but could help

I have Zonealarm, I was having a problem with connecting to the net (AOL). When I contacted their customer support (awesome people by the way), he asked what software was running while I was trying to sign on, when I told him Zonealarm was running, he said to lower the internet security setting to "medium" (an apparently common problem).
Although there is the problem of being "Visible" while online, where as the "High security" setting puts you into stealth mode, you're still protected.

Worked fine since, may work for you.
