    I have 3 logins on my WindowsXP Pro computer. One of the logins crashes but the other two are fine. Can I access the Outlook emails etc from another login to recover them?

    Hopefully the process for dealing with your corrupt user profile issue will take care of this. If it doesn't, post back since there are a couple other approaches.

    Ta.
    I have got the user settings etc back. However, Office 2003 is requesting that I install again but is looking for a file "sku011.cab ". Searching on the web this seems to be a common problem although I haven't seen a clear way round the problem. I have Office XP with a downloaded update. Nether have this file included.

    My other logins have been backed up so I think I will just clean re-install unless there are any fixes you can recommed?

    Tried all that and some other complicated solutions. The problem is I don't have this CAB file. I have my Office XP disks and nothing on them and an exe file that I updated Office to 2003 with. Running the update exe asks for this file. When I get a spare moment I will uninstall Office and start again. Seems to be the best solution.

    Try File->Open->OL datafile.
    Navigate to the PST file you want. Double click
    Good Luck
