    I just decided I wanted to find out about "News." So I click on "Read News" and go to a page where nothing ahppens. I click on "OK" button and I get a message that I don't have any. Huh? Maybe I should give up but what do I need to do to load "news? "

    Have you set up a News account in Outlook Express? Open Outlook Express > Help > Contents and Index > on the Index tab, search for news reading. Post back if you need more help.

    Kevin, I don't seem to be able to get the job done. It's no big deal but it just seems like I should be able to do it. My provider is Earthlink. Maybe I should work with them to get it done.

    Kevin, I called Earthlink and one of their crackerjack support staff got me squared away pronto. Youa re correct, however. I coulda gone to Earthlink online. Thanx for your help.
