Contacting Mozilla

Ramona,

Is there a place where one could go to email the Mozilla folks about a problem? Remember when I posted a help here about using the BACK button on the browser and when it returns me to the previous page, it's always at the very top of the page instead of the last area I was at. It's still going on and is VERY annoying. I was thinking if I could drop Mozilla an email about it that it may help in coming releases. I remember a few others here saying they also were experiencing this problem so i'm not alone on this one.

This is happening no matter where i'm browsing on the net. I hit BACK and i'm right at the top of the previous page.

Oh, I just received your pm. Adelphia is my cable company. Yes, i'm still getting the delay when I first start up the browser in a new session and select the first link of the day. I still cannot figure that one out!

Hi Kenny,

The best procedure is to check the MozillaZine Bug Forum, and do a search to see if anyone is experiencing the same problem. Then, if not, report it as a bug. I believe that this bug is the same problem which you have experienced: Bug #217120

As for emailing Mozilla directly for this purpose, AFAIK it is not possible.
