    One of our PC's started giving the "rundll32.exe" error and will not disconnect from the internet.

    Can someone tell me where to go to fix this problem?

    Most Rundll32 commands are spywares or viurses if you did not do that. So, check the registry,
    HKlocalmachine/software/microsoft/windows/current version/run
    HKCurrentUser/....(same).../run
    You may find one or two. Backup(export) and delete it.
