Yes, it looks good. Except for this running process.
C:\DOCUME~1\EUGENE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\set3F.tmp
Open C:\Documents and settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Then empty the recycle bin.

Open Spybot and click immunize in the left pane, then immunize again, this time from above with the green + beside it. Click the link below that for SpywareBlaster, download, install and update.
Then download and install IESpyads.

That will give you an added layer of protection against unwanted parasites.

how do i get to that process to delete..also .i think my recycle bin is in norton system works...should i also empty outlook deleted emails?

Show hidden files.
Open My Computer, then Local Disk C:, then Documents and Settings, then Eugene, then Local Settings, then temp. Click edit on the toolbar then select all. Click edit again then delete. Close window and empty the recycle bin. If you have Norton Protected storage, empty it too. Deleted emails will take care of themselves.

 

gonna install a firewall....is Armor2netTM Personal Firewall ,,,ok or would you use something else?

I use Kerio, myself, and is free.
Sygate is another free good one.
The current new version of ZA is proving to be troublesome for some people, you can get ZA 2.6 here.

Your Armor2Net is a trial version, and I have no other knowledge of it.
