I am dual booting 98SE and XP Pro each OS on it's own HD I have Diskeeper 7 on 98SE and it shows my XP drive (F:\) on the list of drives in 98 I have 3 Partitions
C _D _E, can I savely defragg my F:\ drive with xp on it from within 98 all drives are FAT32.
The defragger in XP is just so slow compared to Diskeeper on 98 and both drives are 40GIG with 98 at 60% free and XP at 70% free yet XP takes up to 20 min
compared to Diskeeper all done in 5 min.
Diskeeper = 1 cup of coffee - XP = take the Dog for a walk :D

anyone with some good news here

I've done it many times. The win98 defrag doesn't care/can't really tell what's on the drives.
