On boot up, the dial up networking application pops up - it's no big deal, but just how do I prevent this from starting up at boot up?

This is caused by something wanting to access the internet, and this could be something innocent, such as your anti virus wanting to update, or something you have starting up that accesses the internet, Yahoo messenger comes to mind on this, your email program if it loads at startup.
Or it could be a trojan virus, adware, or spyware wanting to phone home, not good.
Go to Housecall, the link is below.
