Send To Desktop (create shortcut)

    I have a friend who somehow has manged to loose the command from within in Send To that will "Send To Desktop (create shortcut)

    When right clicking on any program or file and checking "Send To" the pull down box no longer containes "Send To Desktop (create shortcut) "

    Is there a fix to add this command back in?
