I have Win2K Adv. Server and when I try to get my 2 Win2K Pro computers to login to the server it says it cant find the DOMAIN. I have a Win98 computer that I am on RIGHT now that logs into the DOMAIN and it works fine with it. The WinXP coomputer I dont even know how to config. to go on the DOMAIN. Do I have something configured wrong? AH!!

What type of domain do you have? NT4 or Win2k Active Directory.

If its an AD domain and 98 is working but 2k/XP are not then its probably that the PCs have not been joined into the domain

Under 9x this is a case of simply telliong the client for MS networks the domain name

In NT (and therefore 2K and XP) you need to join the domain and have a computer account. For this you'll need your administrator (or equivalent) password.

Right Click My Computer, Properties, Network ID, Network ID and follow the instructions

    Should do the trick
