Been a long while since I posted. Always have one problem or another, but am self-taught and stubborn so I usually work things out eventually. :D
However I now have two puzzles I do hope you can help me with.
#1- every time I turn on/reboot my comp., I get the notice window as follows: "msmgr Runtime error "62" Input past end of file" This has been happening for weeks, I just click OK and the window closes, but I notice no differences in the way any of my programs work. {I have Windows 98 2nd]
I have tried google and many other methods including Microsoft and can get no answers. What gives?
#2-I am one of those beginner mainiacs that forever downloads, upgrades, and removes things I don't need, sometimes I admit I have deleted something I didn't really know if I needed it or not. I don't do that any more....many problems!! I also should mention I have a lousy memory! For the last 5 days, every time I click on the "quick launch" for my bank and for weather network I receive "C:\WINDOWS/Application Data\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\QuickLaunchThe WeatherNetwork[or bank] .url is not a valid Win32 application" I only get it on these two [I have removed and re-downloaded both to no avail] the other things on my quick launch work fine. Also, today, when I clicked on some sites on my favorites list I got the same notice "not a valid Win32 appplication" on some but not all. I can reach all these sites going the long way about it. What have I done? Help me please!!! :( ;)

That message could be coming from MSN messenger, hmm, did you install something called Messenger Plus?
I would recommend a online [Housecall]virus scan, and the use of Ad-Aware and Spybot. Update these two programs first before scanning. If anything is found, please post back.
