fatal error

    hi how do i solve this problem?
    Fatal exception OE occured at 0028:c0039e3b in vxd IFSMGR(01) +00002977.
    this application will be terminated press any key to continue
    note:if i press any key to continue it acually continues after it finishes to boot it just switches off by itself.

    Would help if you could explain when this happens. Are you saying at startup / or error causes a re-boot ??
    You can start with this M$ solution...
