Missing Safely Remove Icon

    :confused: My ME & 98SE is missing the 'Safely Remove Icon' on my System Tray. I have an External USB hdd connected to these OS and I don't see this Icon anywhere on both of my ME & 98SE. The hdd works, but I want to be able to Eject the hdd from here. I took the hdd to my Friends computer same 2 OS & Same OS Version and the Icon is there. What am I missing from my 2 OS????? :mad:

    Welcome to the boards!
    While I didn't find anything for Windows ME specifically, I did find this thread. Perhaps something in it will prove usefull?
