I've upgreaded from 98se to XP using an image on another drive and duel boot system. When I try to open OE I get this message that is simular, but different code than some others "Outlook Express could not be started. The application was not able to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer is out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Mircrosoft support for further assastance. (0x8007000E, 3)" Clicked "OK" and get this "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initaliazed. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly. " I've tried reinstalling IE 6 sp1, but get the message my files are newer and it closes out. I've tried to find help on MS.
Help will be appreciated and I can still get messages by loading 98se and use OE there.

Could you explain that. I'm not at all sure what you did to upgrade but strongly suspect that is the cause of your problems.

I duplicated my c: win98se to another drive. Installed a duel boot program. Got a Windows XP Home edition Upgrade and installed it on the second drive (fat32). I had to uninstall programs like Zone Alarm, F-Prot and EZ CD Creator. I had a problem getting XP to recognize a USB I drive for a while. Still have to resolved Outlook Express and EZ CD Creator 5. Once every thing is resolved I plan on converting to NTFS - but will still have all of my files, programs, etc. intact on another drive.

Probably won't get any hair back as long as I keep monkeying around with computers.
