Here's some information I found that may be of help:

Do you have the program SafeGuard Pop-up Blocker installed onto your system? If you do, uninstall it. Copy and paste the following info to notepad and save it as fix.regto your desktop.

    REGEDIT4

    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{6CDF3C49-20E6-48d7-811B-9F5DD17F1D90}]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Core.Plumber]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Core.Plumber.1\CLSID]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CLASSES\CLSID\{6CDF3C49-20E6-48d7-811B-9F5DD17F1D90}]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CLASSES\Core.Plumber]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CLASSES\Core.Plumber.1\CLSID]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{6CDF3C49-20E6-48d7-811B-9F5DD17F1D90}]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{5556DBC8-E7B3-32F0-BDB5-9B80A0F1F32F}]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CLASSES\TypeLib\{5556DBC8-E7B3-32F0-BDB5-9B80A0F1F32F}]
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SafeGuard]

Now double click on Fix.reg to merge the info to your registry. Reboot your computer. This will remove all references to the bad DLL that is registered in your system. The bad DLL is located in the WINDOWS/SYSTEM folder and is named SFG****.DLL. The asterisks represent different numbers and characters associated with the file because they are different on each computer.

    Hope this helps!
