Adding a second DC in 2003 SE

    If someone would be so kind as to give me the steps to add a second DC in 2003 Server Standard edition it would be appreciated.

    I have a clean install 2003 server that is patiently wating to be a file server and second DC

    The existing DC is also 2003 SE.

    How about saying what you did to get it. Would certainly be a help to anyone with the same problem who was stuck.
