Parental controls

    My ten year old son has been going to not so great internet sites. Is there a way to or a program to download where I can have two different users be able to log into Internet Explorer and email and be able to control the viewing/emails??? Help!!!

    You might take a trip over to http://www.zdnet.com/downloads/ and search for a program using the words parental and controls. You'll find quite a list of programs available, some are free, some are shareware and some are demo's - most have user ratings.

    Had the same problem myself a couple years ago with my kids. Found a piece of parental control software called Webkeys Prowler. You can set up different id's for each kid, with different access levels. They have to logon first before browsing the web. It's free and for the most part, I believe it works. Sometimes it does block out legitimate sites (in which case a parent must enter a password to overide the block).
