Registry Prob still !!!!!( CODE 19 )

I have tryed to delete this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}in Registry which xp wont let me delete a predifined key still no luck fixing this (code 19)error even tryed norton 2002 system works to auto fix no luck roms still lost . Theres got to be a way around this . Anybody with any Ideas ?please let em fly . Ive tryed the old way of installing -re-installing unplugging the works windows always finds them but can start . Let me know if you guys can help . System restore wont let me back before april 1st for some reason , and I tryed F-8 on Re-boot to last know good config setting but no dates were listed . Every thing the same in safe mode . Give me a yell Techs I need ya !!!!
