I'm getting "Sndsrvc has caused an error in Kernel 32DLL and will shut down " messages. I've read the "Pamela" posting of May 3rd. But I 'm not sure what applies. I recently had a lot of trouble with NAV2004 and ZoneAlarm so I uninstalled ZA and installed Norton Personal Firewall. I run WinME and have Adware installed but haven't run in the last few weeks. NAV scans show no viruses. Also my computer disconnects from the internet frequently ( didn't happen before). I'm a novice so I could use some help. Thanks.

Well, according to this...it's caused by the firewall.
    Not a great answer...but maybe a start?

Daisy, thanks that does help. I'll live with it and look for a fix. I also found a thread you responded to some months ago that took care of an Outlook problem I was having. So double thanks.

What about using AVG 6 and Zonealarm? They're both free.

    Just a thought.

I helped you with another question? That's fabulous. I must have had a good coffee day! :D

    Thanks for posting back!
