I have tried everything to get this off, I have deleted it in safe mode with system restore off. I have run ad-aware and spy hunter, deleted eveything it shows me. Even after I do all that I run ad-aware one more time and it says I have nothing on my PC, I then do a search on my computer for "twaintec" and nothing shows up and I look in my C:\windows folder just to make sure and its not there, but still when I start up again it re-appears as if I had done nothing. Someone pleeeeasse help me, I can not stand these ads anymore.

Did you turn off system restore, fix things, and then turn it back on? Otherwise you may have the critters hiding in there.

At any rate, sounds like you need expert help on this so moving it from XP to Security.

It is always a good idea to specify XP-pro or XP-home since they do lots of things differently. It may not matter for this but in general when getting help, it's good practice to say which.
