invalid page error

    when i start up my laptop, i get a dialog box saying, RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in module IMAGE.DLL at 016:10013783. what does it mean and how can i fix it?? help!

    You have some sort of adware installed onto your computer. First download CWShreddar, Spybot and HijackThis. The links are below.
    Use the CWShredder first, using the Fix option.
    Reboot and then install Spybot, update and let it Check for Problems. Let it remove everything already checked off by clicking on Fix Problems.
    Unzip HijackThis into it's own folder, and open it. Click on Scan, then when it done that button will say Save Log. It will appear in Notepad, post the log on here.
