    Hi,

I can't get the sound in the website below in Mozilla but I do in I.E. I have beatnik player and live audio plugins installed in Mozilla 1.6 I would appreciate any help you can give me.

    404 page not found.

Also, it might be the problem of coding, they might coded it for IE only.

The site in question connects just fine in Mozilla, Netscape, and IE, but I, too, only get the sound in IE.

    Marv,

You're using Crescendo for Midi files? What about wav files, what plugin do you use for them? I didn't have this page: http://home.att.net/~cherokee68/testsound.html
set up for IE, but have added that tag. See if you can hear the sound in IE now.

I'm using Crescendo for Midi and an application helper for wav, and I hear the sound in Netscape 7.1, Mozilla 1.7, Mozilla 1.6, Opera 7.5, and IE 5.5 SP2.

Hi Ramona, was referring to the site that Marilyn was concerned about. The sound plays fine In IE, but not in NS and Mozilla on my computer. I get the scroll but no sound in NS and Mozilla, but do get the sound in IE.

Agreed. I get the link to do/not do what you say. It depends, probably, on how the site is coded for sound.
Personally, I got ten times more out of it with no sound.
