The mouse pointer color has always been white. Currently the mouse color is green on the edges and purple in the middle? Please advise. Thanks for your time.

Not a lot to go on here. Did you apply a customized theme that included mouse pointers?

If not or shoot..even if you did, try loading the standard "Windows Standard" default pointers via your startbutton>settings>control panel>mouse icon>pointers tab.

(Method or path taken to get to control panel may vary dependant upon windows OS Versions.)

You can change pointers in Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers tab. Select which pointer you want to change and then either choose one of the presets from the drop-down list at the top or click the Browse button to look at all the pointers installed on your computer and choose one from there. You selection will be shown in the small preview window but won't be applied until you click either Apply or OK.

;) Oh silly me for not suggesting this most High-Tech fix to begin with. I'm glad your cured. Thanks for the update. That was relatively easy.
