    Might be worth looking at PhotoRescue I've not had ocasion to use it myself, but I have heard good reports of it from others.

    Hi ehauff...sure sounds like the same problem I had at home and at work...sorry for the long post...

    Is this for home or work?

    1) If home are you using a lot of drive letters? For example...

    Floppy Drive --> A:
    Primary Hard Drive --> C:
    Secondary Hard Drive --D:
    CD-ROM --> E:
    CD-ROM Burner --> F:

    The reason I'm asking for here is I got the same error as my camera (Kodak 6320) wanted to use drive E: but was in use by my CD-ROM. I moved CD-ROM to F: and CD-ROM Burner to G: and now I can view pics. Same thing will happen if your using a USB Card Reader. I have a 6 in 1 card reader and it wants to use Drives H, I, J, K.

    2) If work...do you have "Mapped Drives "?

    The reason I'm asking is that when you hook up your Digital Camera with the USB cable it wants to create a "Removable Drive" and if the drive letter it wants to use is already taken you will get the "No iamges" error. At work I had a user that uses an Olympus Digital Camera and uses the Camedia 4.1 software that came with the camera. When he first got the software loaded he was able to view the images on the memory card but after he mapped about 15 drives he would get the "No images" error message but if someone else in his dept viewed the memory card they could see the images. Anyways the reason why he got the error was the Camera wanted to use Drive E: for the "Removable Drive" but it was already taken by one of his newly mapped drives. I "Disconnected" the E: drive and mapped it to another letter. He can now view his images.
