Just curious if anyone knows what could be up with this:
ZA displays an IP address of 192.168.100.11 trying to access one of my 3 networked boxes.
I manually set them up as 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3
Nowhere is 192.168.100.11 and I can't delete it.

Maybe that's the router's dhcp server addy, or the router's dns server addy?

When that address is active, try from another PC

ping -a 192.168.100.11 and see if a PC name is returned.

    Interesting.

Both the 198.162.x.x and the 10.x.x.x address ranges are reserved for private use (so never assigned as 'real' internet addresses).

Go to http://www.samspade.org/ssw/ and download their free package. Put the IP address in the upper left window and then do a trace. That will tell you exactly where the app thinks that address is located.
