Save the Favorites folder on the Win95 computer to a floppy. It's been a long time but I think it's a subfolder of the Windows folder.

Then put the floppy into the XP computer, open IE, go to File>Import, point it at the Favorites folder on the A: (floppy) drive as the files to import.

The easiest way to backup Favorites and transfer them between Internet Explorer is to just simply use Windows Explorer (or My Computer). Copy and Paste the CONTENTS of the My Favorites folder to another folder. You will get some notification about hidden files. Just ignore that notice. Remember copy the contents of the folder; not the My Favorites folder itself. If you copy the My Favorites folder, itself, you wind up with nothing!
