windows taskbar, how to move it?

    I've got the windows task bar stuck on the left of the screen and cannot put it back at the bottom of the screen. Anyone know how this happened and how can I replace it back at the bottom of the screen? thanks

    Click and hold on a blank part of the taskbar.
    Drag and drop it on the bottom.
