My daughter has a scrapbook software that saves her file as a pdf file for printing. She wants to print 12x12 pages and her printer will not do that so she found a printer[http://photothru.com/default.asp] she can send a file to but it has to be Jpeg or other graphic file. Is there a free or cheap software to conver pdf files to jpeg? It contains text and graphic.

Hi, Not quite sure I understand.
You have a .pdf file that has 12 pages when you scroll through it ?
And you want 12 copies of each page ?
If you want 12 pictures, scroll to each page and use "Print Screen "
A .bmp to .jpg converter (Irfan) will get you the images in .jpg format.
If you want all 12 pictures on one .jpg, she will not be able to see the print
or pictures as they will be too small.
It would be a help if you told us what operating system you have.
    regards

I'm not sure what she needs to do. She could be using Adobe Acrobat Reader and cut and paste from a .pdf to say, Word. Then process.

I found quite a few PDf to JPEG converters but all wanted money... :(

You could try http://www.pdf995.com/suite.html this one. It seems to be the most reasonable.

Not sure what type of content is in your PDF's. I've never tried converting PDF's to JPG's. But on a number of occassions I've scanned content with "Text" to graphic files. They scanned and viewed very well, but when I printed them out, the "Text portion" of JPG had unpredictable results... generally very poor. Possible a good PDF to JPG conversion program would prevent this from occurring. I would suggest trying out one of the Pro versions before buying it.

 Thanks all, Sorry I am late in replying. What she is trying to do is get a 12 "x12" page printed [that fits the scrapbook she is doing and her printer does not print that size] so she wants to send a file to a online digital photo printer but the file has to be jpeg or bmp or tiff. The page is composed of severl photos with text and on a template from the scrapbook program she uses. She is looking for a quality print. Might have to buy a new printer if she is doing alot of pages. I think HP and Epson sell one that prints that size.
