    Hello,

I have installed many "free" applications in the past and as result, my Internet Explorer, ver 6.0, 128-bit security, viewing area is way crowded.

Please show me pointers as to how to return it to factory setting, i.e., unmolested state ;-)

    Thank you much in advance,

    Trang

I'm assuming you mean extra buttons, toolbars, etc. Possible that reinstalling would put things right, but not probable. May be easiest to do by posting a HijackThis log. (the tutorial says to post it at Net-Integration but here is fine) Uninstalling any unwanted apps. first would be helpful also.
