    Hey,

Hows everyone going? I mostly use Firebird 0.8 as my browser, but occasionally use IE. Recently I had a nasty spyware virus install itself on my computer, which took hours to remove.
Ever since then my font has been huge on the browser, and the browser has just been really buggy and crashing alot etc. Its version 6.0 on win98 and CANT be uninstalled. I would love to be able to uninstall, then have a fresh install of the browser (rather then the current upgrade from 5.5)

Anyone have any advice? Any help appreciated :) Thanks and enjoy the long weekend!! (if your in QLD Australia :) )

    dan

If you have already ran preferable both Adaware and SpyBot (anti spyware removers)

Post a log from HijackThis so our forum members can see
what's going on. The current version is 1.97.7 [created by merijn bellekom]
Most of what it lists will be harmless, even essential,DON'T fix anything yet please.

Firt make a new folder, for instance C:Antispyware

Get it here http://radiosplace.com/ choose save, NOT OPEN
Save it to that new folder, double-click HijackThis.exe,
and hit "Scan ". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, It will load it in Notepad, and copy its contents here.
    Close hijackthis and notepad.

PS you might have to post it in two replies, if its to large for the forum.
