Does any body know the mechanism that makes w2kpro perform differently under different power supply, say, laptop's internal battary and external AC adapter?

I raise this question because my laptop hibernates and resumes normally while using battary but under AC adapter I have problems in resuming. Any idea / suggestion is welcome.

    Hi lzhao,

The advanced power management system in Windows controls how the laptop runs under the different power sources. If you right click the power icon (either a batter or a plug), located on the lower right-hand side of your screen (in the tray by your clock), you can adjust the power management settings.

Use the drop down menus to adjust the time out settings.

    Hope this helps.
