Need a good free text to html converter.

    Put the text in MS Word and save the file as some_name.html.

    Thanks Tony, I'll give it a try.

    Newt, there are programs that will automatically convert regular text to html (whether for sure it's absolutely needed is not known yet). I downloaded a couple of them but thought I would run it past you guys first. The two I've downloaded are txt2html-2.23.tar and t2html130.

    The notepad replacement I use, NoteTab Lite does that and quite a few other things.

    When I made my first web page I used EditPad Lite. The nice thing about this program was is would color code the "tags" and "Scripts" to make it easier to work with. It also uses tabs so I could have a few html pages open at the same time.

    I now use MS Frontpage 2000 for major page updates and use EditPad for quick edits.
