Every time i want to download a file being zip or any other extention, It automatically downloads to the tempory folder. I used to get an option if I wanted to open/save; Which I would kind of like back.
I have reset IE Defaults, and run a windows repair. Has anyone any ideas, I am stuck myself.

    Thanks

Open a folder...My Computer will do...and go to Tools>Folder Options>File Types. Scroll down to the entry for "zip" and click on it to select it. The click on the Advanced button and put a check mark in the box for "Confirm open after download," click OK and OK again.

Also, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and make sure there's a check mark in "Notify when downloads complete. "
